  1. INTRODUCTION
    1.1. The website www.flamecontrol.gr is the online platform of the company under the name “Flame Control MON. IKE” and the trade name “Flame Control,” with VAT number 800455948 and Business Registry Number 123543101000, headquartered in Metamorfosi, Attica, at 60 Tatoiou Ave. & 20 Sokratous St. The company engages in: (a) the inspection, maintenance, and refilling of fire extinguishers of all types and related fire protection equipment, (b) conducting studies and research on fire safety systems, (c) importing, exporting, wholesaling, retailing, and installing fire detection, fire protection, and fire suppression products, (d) importing, exporting, and trading ready-to-use fire extinguishers, (e) representing foreign organizations and companies in Greece and abroad for similar or related products, (f) undertaking and executing private and public technical projects, construction projects, as well as renovations or restorations of properties, (g) wholesaling smoking accessories such as rolling papers, filters, and other accessories, and (h) engaging in any other business or economic activity related to or even unrelated to the company’s objectives, as long as it is considered to promote and facilitate the pursuit of these objectives. For brevity, the company will hereinafter be referred to as “the company.”
    1.2. These General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website, which include the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy as an integral part, define the terms and conditions under which you, in any capacity (i.e., visitor, user of services, member), browse the Website, use its content, and access its services (e.g., Member Registration, Newsletters).
    1.3. Before entering the Website and using its services, you are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions and ensure you agree with them. If you disagree with any of these terms or the entire agreement, you must refrain from using any of the company’s services. However, by taking any action on our Website, such as browsing, registering as a member, or subscribing to the company’s Newsletter, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the Terms and Conditions.

    The information provided by the company is complete, truthful, valid, and up-to-date, whether related to the company’s identity or the products offered (e.g., product descriptions, images). However, these guarantees are subject to potential technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally.
  3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    3.1. The company is not civilly or criminally liable for any damage (direct or consequential) that a customer may suffer concerning the operation and use of the Website.
    3.2. The company acts in good faith and within the legal framework and these Terms. Thus, it has taken and continues to take all necessary technical or other measures and makes every effort to ensure that: (a) the website operates uninterruptedly and properly without problems, interruptions, delays, errors, or mistakes; (b) the data/information transmitted through this website remains intact and is protected via backup copies, as website security systems have limitations; (c) the technology used by the company or the servers hosting the Website do not contain viruses or other harmful components or software programs; (d) the products offered are in excellent condition, clean, suitable, and safe for public health. However, the company is not liable for damages resulting from the use of ordered products due to incorrect selection by the user, careless or improper use of the products, or manufacturer liability, such as faults in manufacturing, incomplete information or instructions accompanying the products, construction quality, material safety, and actual defects. Our liability for defective products is limited to the obligation to replace them, provided that the product return conditions are met.
    3.7. The company provides no guarantee regarding: (a) the suitability, effectiveness, or sufficiency of the products concerning the purpose for which you intend them.
  4. USER RESPONSIBILITY
    4.1. Users agree and undertake not to use the Website for: (a) sending, publishing, emailing, or transmitting in any way content that is illegal for any reason, violates the company’s or any third party’s rights, or infringes the confidentiality or privacy of any person; (b) sending, publishing, emailing, or transmitting any content that is offensive to morality, social values, or minors; (c) sending, publishing, emailing, or transmitting any content they do not have the right to transmit under the law or existing agreements (such as internal information, proprietary and confidential information acquired as part of employment relationships or covered under confidentiality agreements); (d) sending, publishing, emailing, or transmitting any content that violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of third parties; (e) sending, publishing, emailing, or transmitting any material containing software viruses or other codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy, or hinder the operation of any software or to harm the reputation of the company, its partners, or other users/members/consumers, or that may violate any personal or other data of users/members/consumers of the Website; (f) intentional or unintentional violation of applicable law or regulations; (g) harassing third parties in any way; (h) collecting or storing personal data of other users; (i) accessing the Website to create or produce a product or service that competes with our products; and (j) any form of software piracy, hacking, data interception, copying, analog/digital recording, mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, modification, resale, or creating derivative works of data (including personal data) and information, including Website content and material (photos, graphics, text, etc.).
    4.2. Your connection to our website is conducted at your own risk through providers of your choice.
    4.3. The company may temporarily or permanently exclude any Member at any time and without explanation, preventing access or participation (temporarily or permanently) without claims against the company. This applies particularly to violations of these terms.
  5. NEWSLETTER REGISTRATION
    5.1. Registration for the company’s Newsletter service is voluntary. Members can choose to receive or not receive promotional material to their registered email.
    5.2. By registering, you explicitly consent to receive promotional material from the company.
    5.3. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can follow the unsubscribe process included in the newsletter.
    5.4. The company is not responsible if newsletters do not reach their destination despite efforts to ensure delivery.

The creators of photographs, as original intellectual works according to Article 2§1 of the Berne Convention – Paris Act, Article 2§1 of Law 2121/1993 (as currently in force), and Directive 93/98/EEC, have agreed that their economic rights and all associated powers will be automatically transferred (under Article 32§2 of Law 2121/93, as amended) to the respective company (in this case, “…..”) for each photograph they create. They acknowledge that the respective company (“…..”) will have full exploitation rights over these works without restrictions, as well as modification, reproduction, integration, and multiplication rights for their entire duration (Article 9 of the WIPO Copyright Treaty, ratified in Greece by Law 3184/2003 – Government Gazette A’ 228/26.09.2003, Article 12 of the TRIPS Agreement on intellectual property rights in trade, ratified in Greece by Law 2290/1995 [Government Gazette A’ 28], and Article 6 of Directive 93/98).
    7.2. The trademarks, images, photographs, etc., are the intellectual property of the “company” and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek, European, and international law. Therefore, any reproduction, copying, distribution, transmission, or any other use by third parties is strictly prohibited.
    7.3. Any copying, analog/digital recording, mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, modification, resale, partial or total use of the Website’s content for any purpose other than strictly personal use is prohibited unless explicit written permission has been granted by the “company.”
    7.4. The names, images, logos, and distinctive marks representing the “company” and its products/services, as well as those of third parties affiliated with us, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive marks of the “company” or the aforementioned third parties. They are protected under Greek, European, and international laws on trademarks, industrial and intellectual property, and unfair competition.
    7.5. These General Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use this Website for personal purposes only. However, this does not include permission to download, in whole or in part, any content without the explicit written consent of the “company.” This license does not allow the resale or commercial use of the Website or its content, nor the collection and use of our product catalogs, commercial policies (discounts, coupons, etc.), data mining, etc. You are entitled to use the above strictly for personal purposes.
